Slide Decks
A growing library of HTML slide decks for teaching, facilitation, and practical communication work.
Dane Adams
With eleven years of classroom experience, I bring a practical understanding of how people learn. I now design learning for corporate L&D and EdTech, and build the tools that support it using AI enhanced development.

Selected Work
A mix of teaching resources, production tools, and things I built because the existing options weren't good enough.
A growing library of HTML slide decks for teaching, facilitation, and practical communication work.
A live KPI platform built because a 40-sheet Excel workbook had become impossible to navigate quickly.
A full library of eLearning modules built for T Level Digital students — the programme has achieved 100% pass rates in each of its first two years.

Curriculum Vitae
Learning Experience Designer and Learning Technologist with eleven years designing, building and deploying technology-enhanced learning at scale. Deep instructional design experience paired with an AI-first approach to content creation, development and workflow design, including shipping working web applications built with AI coding assistants. Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and H5P, with hands-on SCORM authoring and multi-platform LMS administration. Designed and delivered programmes achieving 100% pass rates against lower national benchmarks, with learning outcomes directly evidenced through data. Actively transitioning into corporate L&D and EdTech.
Core Strengths
Professional Narrative
I've spent my career making learning that has to work the first time. Real cohorts, real deadlines, mixed prior knowledge, and often a significant number of learners with ADHD, autism, or other additional needs. Designing inclusively wasn't a box to tick - it was the only way the class functioned.
The clearest evidence I have that the approach works is the T Level in Digital Production, Design and Development. I designed and launched it from scratch, and it has achieved 100% student achievement in each of its first two years. All the assessment is externally set and marked, so the figure isn't something I've flattered into existence - it's what came back from Pearson.
What's shifted recently is speed. AI tools let me move from concept to working artefact in days rather than weeks - a prototype, an internal tool, a full analytics dashboard. That's changed what one person can credibly own end-to-end, and it's the part of the role I find most exciting.
The thread through everything here is the same: clear thinking, sound pedagogy, accessible delivery, and AI used as proper leverage rather than decoration.
Signature Project
Full-stack web application built with AI coding assistants
Built because a 40-sheet Excel workbook had become the thing nobody wanted to open. It is now the primary performance reporting interface for institutional leadership, with weekly data capture feeding historical trend views across department, course, and student level. Built solo, using Claude Code - the kind of lean, AI-augmented delivery that is becoming table stakes for L&D people who want to own the tooling as well as the learning design.
Experience
Hertford Regional College
Hybrid instructional designer, learning technologist and programme lead designing digital learning, administering multiple LMS platforms, and producing eLearning content across T Level, BTEC and HND Digital programmes.

AI in Practice
First-draft storyboards, scripts, quiz banks, and rubrics from SME material - then iterating on tone, reading level, and cognitive load until it is actually teachable.
Shipping full-stack web applications, dashboards, inventory tools and interactive learning prototypes end-to-end using AI coding assistants.
Auditing content against WCAG and UDL principles, generating alt-text, simplifying language and producing multiple versions of content at varying complexity levels.
Turning repetitive administrative work into templated, AI-assisted processes that save hours per week.
Training delivery teams on responsible AI use in education, including prompt design, verification, bias awareness and practical integration into authored learning content.
